As a 20/20 home inspector, you'll inspect homes across the Charlotte region and deliver the clear, photo-rich, same-day reports our clients count on. We train you on our process, put you in a company truck with the gear you need, and back you with an office team that handles the scheduling so you can focus in the field.
What we're looking for: a NC Home Inspector license — or the drive to earn one — plus a strong eye for detail, dependable transportation to get to jobs, and the kind of honesty that makes clients trust the report. Experience in the trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction) is a plus, not a must.
